Cognitive Behavioural therapy for individuals and couples. The basis of CBT is that how people think affects their emotions and what they do. At times of distress, the way we see ourselves and our circumstances changes - things tend to become more extreme and unhelpful. This can make us feel worse and influence how we act, often making the situation worse and keeping the problem going.
