Counselling Contracts

The Orchard offers a flexible approach to employee counselling, whereby a company can choose the way staff access our service; for example this may be via the company’s H.R. department, via the confidential reception service at The Orchard, via the 24-hr confidential telephone service (Stressline) or through the individual’s line-manager.

Based on ten years experience of working with companies, The Orchard has developed a well managed, safe, confidential service which abides by regulated guidelines recommended by its professional bodies (UKCP and BACP).

Typical contracts are:

  • Referrals by H.R. for assessment plus up to twelve face-to-face sessions
  • Unlimited telephone counselling sessions and up to three face-to-face sessions
  • Unlimited telephone counselling for employee and family
  • Regular stress reducing emails plus on-line counselling
  • Individual and relationship counselling
  • Subsidised long term psychotherapy for deeper issues
