The Orchard offers this service to help teams in stressful and challenging situations to share their concerns, resolve conflict and work together more effectively.

How does it work?

The process begins with a consultancy session with the department head or senior manager. The purpose of this meeting is to clearly define the problem and agree a strategy for helping the group to work more effectively together.

As all situations are different, facilitation packages are tailor made for each organisation. A typical strategy includes a series of meetings between the facilitators and each individual in the group. This enables the individual to discuss the issues in confidence with the facilitator who can assess the problem from all perspectives.
