Pilates ClassesAt The Orchard we hold daily Pilates classes suitable for everyone: young, old, male or female. Pilates aims to rebalance the body and improve posture, strength, balance and flexibility. Pilates is a perfect approach to improve core stability and prevent back problems as well as helping people combat stress.

Pilates is also a very useful rehabilitation tool for those suffering from sports injury or from work related injury.

All Pilates classes are for small groups, enabling the teacher to give individual attention.

For those who find it difficult to attend a regular class, our physiotherapists offer one-to-one classes where an individually tailored programme is offered. Alternatively, classes may be organised on-site.
