Julie has had 10 years experience within the Holistic Field. She initially qualified as a Reflexologist in June 2000, and continued her education in Complementary Therapies upon seeing the benefits they can provide. All the therapies Julie provides can be beneficial in their own right, and complement each other when used in combination. Julie is currently studying to be a Personal Trainer, and has gained her Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology.

Julie has a fitness background, and was a freelance instructor for 13 years and therefore understands the benefits of looking after oneself with regular diet, massage and stress relief to maintain a healthy ‘holistic approach’.

Julie holds a Certificate in Maternity Reflexology which includes support for pre-conceptual care, ante-natal care, birthing preparation, postnatal care and newborn baby care. The techniques also include methods for lymph drainage (reflexology), I have also learnt ‘infertility treatment techniques’. During your pregnancy, you body goes through significant changes, these affect you emotionally, hormonally and physiologically.  Reflexology can help to alleviate or prevent discomfort arising from this imbalance and to restore the body’s equilibrium and can significantly increase well-being during your pregnancy.
