Kate is an Experiential Psychotherapist who integrates a number of humanistic approaches into her work. Her theoretical framework is informed by Carl Rogers, Eugene Gerdlin and Fritz Perles as well as Winnicott, Bowlby and Freud.

Depression, relationship difficulties, stress, work related problems, low self-esteem, eating disorders, death and dying, anger management, childhood trauma and sexual abuse. Long and short-term therapy offered for adults from 18yrs old and couples.

Qualifications

Certificate in Fundamentals of Psychotherapy & Counselling, MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling, Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, BACP member.   Certificate in working with couples.

Days and hours of work

Monday & Tuesday daytime and Thursday evenings.
