I am an Accredited Family Mediator (FMCA) with the Family Mediation Council.

I have worked as a Family Mediator for over 20 years in West Yorkshire and completed my training and accreditation with National Family Mediation in 1994.

My practice is based here at the Orchard which provides excellent facilities for Family Mediation, and in London at Central Family Mediation. I also supervise and train other mediators in both North and West Yorkshire and in London.

Legally Aided Mediation

Free Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) and mediation sessions: I offer free mediation meetings for clients on a low income or in receipt of state benefits. I can also offer a free MIAM and one free mediation session to the other party of clients eligible for legal aid.

Qualifications

  • Accredited Family Mediator: FMCA
  • MSc in Mediation and Conflict Resolution: Birkbeck College, University of London
  • Family Mediation Professional Practice Consultant: ADRgroup 2009
  • CQSW (Social Work qualification)

Professional association membership (all members of the Family Mediation Council): National Family Mediation, Family Mediators Association, Resolution, College of Mediators.

Days and hours of work

Subject to availability 5 days a week and evenings and Saturday mornings.
