I practice the Relational Approach to counselling, working with present issues in the here and now, yet exploring the past and how relationships have influenced our feelings, thoughts and behaviour.

It is in the strength of the therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor that positive changes can start to take place. My wish is to provide that safe and supportive relationship.

My counselling experience includes working with clients experiencing a range of issues at organisations in Bradford and Keighley. I have worked as a Registered General Nurse for the past 24 years, nursing patients from all age groups and situations. For the past 14 years I have worked with the practical and psychological effects of coronary artery disease.

I am a Registered BACP (Accred) Counsellor.
