Julie is a qualified and experienced Art Psychotherapist. She offers sessions to people of any age who are experiencing emotional difficulties.

She has 12 years experience working with adolescents with emotional and behavioural issues. She has 16 years experience working in a psychiatric hospital for adults with psychological issues, depression, eating disorders, alcohol addictions and drug abuse.

You don’t have to be good at art to benefit from Art Psychotherapy. You can use the art materials to freely express and vent your emotions, thoughts and feelings.

“It’s so much easier to understand my feelings when I can ’see’ them on paper,” said a client.

Julie incorporates CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approach in her therapeutic work.
