5 WAYS TO CHERISH YOURSELF

Here are some reasons why taking up exercise will help you feel better about yourself:

  • In stressful situations stop harshly criticizing yourself and decide to be caring instead. Developing some positive affirmations to counter the major self criticisms can help.
  • Acknowledge your successes and give yourself a compliment when you do well. Concentrating on your strengths rather than your weaknesses is a great morale booster!
  • Take some time to identify what you value most in life and focus your concentration on those things.
