I have worked in the NHS as a qualified Clinical Psychologist for nine years. During this time I have worked into an Adult Psychology Service, a Specialist Mental Health Service for people with Personality Disorder and a Psychology Service for people over the age of 65 years. Over the course of my experience I have helped people with a range of difficulties using both individual and group therapy. I offer both time-limited and longer term therapy.

I work collaboratively with clients and draw upon a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches depending on the person’s needs and preferences. I believe that developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients is central to any therapeutic work.

In addition to my therapeutic work I offer supervision, consultation and training to Trainee Clinical Psychologists on the Leeds Clinical Psychology Doctorate Programme and other mental health professionals.

I am Aviva registered.
