I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (PYL24259). I completed my Clinical Psychology training at the University of Leeds in 2009. I have also completed counselling training. Altogether I have worked therapeutically for 11 years covering a range of ages and difficulties.

I worked in the NHS for 8 years before becoming an independent practitioner. I currently work with people struggling with the following difficulties:

  • trauma
  • anxiety
  • phobia
  • low self-esteem
  • OCD
  • depression

I also work with child behaviour and mood problems.

I provide teaching at Leeds Trinity University on the psychology degree programme on Clinical Psychology and ethical issues.

I work using evidence based therapies, most often this is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy but I work collaboratively with my clients to provide the most appropriate intervention for their individual needs.
