Sally offers a relational, integrative approach where she looks at the likes and needs of each person and works with them to find a way forward. She uses the counselling relationship as a vehicle for healing, learning and change. She helps people to learn from their body as well as their mind and will encourage creativity (using drawing, music, poetry, creative writing, movement, metaphor) to facilitate understanding from the emotional (right) brain.

Sally works in private practice offering short and long term face-to-face therapy with adults.

Before training as a counsellor, Sally worked as a chartered accountant and so understands the business world and the accompanying stress and pressure.
