Adrienne has worked as a counsellor for a number of years in the voluntary sector, working within a range of organisations offering a broad spectrum of services to a wide and diverse range of clients. She currently works as a volunteer at Talking Spaces and St Michaels Hospice alongside her role at The Orchard where she provides a wide range of Therapies to Adults and Young People.

Adrienne offers an integrative approach to counselling using a range of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person Centred Approach. She has extensive experience working with young people and adults with a wide range of problems including low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anxiety, bereavement, self-harm and depression.

She has a deep commitment to providing the highest standards in ethical and professional practices in a safe and none judgemental environment.
